Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic red teaming: You will contribute to the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating high-complexity content risks.
- Design & execute advanced tests: Proactively research emerging threats and develop innovative, targeted red teaming strategies and test plans to surface vulnerabilities.
- Program development: Define, build, and scale new red teaming programs identify gaps, set objectives, and create end-to-end plans to improve threat detection and mitigation.
- Establish best practices: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create, document, and promote best practices for red teaming, threat assessment, and AI safety.
- This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting content.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
