Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in enterprise-level geospatial project management.
• Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, configuration, and service publishing.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and web GIS development.
• Experience in DevOps workflows, API integration, and geospatial data workflows.
• Experience with structured testing methodologies and test management tools for quality assurance.
• Experience in managing multi-team IT coordination and vendor resources for complex programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-scale geospatial initiatives.
• Define project charters, deliverables, budgets, and technical schedules for GIS programs.
• Translate business needs into geospatial technical specifications and interface definitions.
• Oversee test execution, defect triage, and digital accessibility validation for GIS products.
• Coordinate ArcGIS Enterprise upgrades, system integrations, and service configurations.
• Manage requirements traceability matrices linking technical design to testing and acceptance.
• Produce executive status reports, project dashboards, and technical presentations for stakeholders.
