Training Specialist

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Training Specialist for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients for a Remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Professional Role: This is a professional-level role requiring deep expertise in a specific area, understanding of industry standards, and knowledge of how the team integrates with other business units.
• Communication: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are crucial for conveying complex information and handling sensitive situations.
• Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
• Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
• Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
• Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
• Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.
• Agile Environment: The role may operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.
• Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
• Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to effectively lead groups and individuals.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technologies, particularly Zoom and Adobe Connect.
• Skilled in facilitation skills.
• Professional demeanor, detail-oriented, ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and practices.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred.
