Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Cybersecurity Department s Security Strategy, Program and Business Operations team. This role will primarily support the 2026 IT/OT Security Initiative, driving deployment of Operational Technology (OT) security capabilities across enterprise environments. Key focus areas include deployment of OT network sensors, operationalization of the OT Security Operations Center (SOC), and implementation of governance frameworks to continuously identify, assess and mitigate cyber risks across IT and OT environments. The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership experience in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure environments, exceptional organizational and documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.

Maintain structured documentation including process documentation, architecture diagrams, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
Support implementation of IT/OT cybersecurity policies and operational security processes.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT, OT, Engineering, Compliance, Physical Security, and Executive Leadership teams to align program scope and priorities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, technical workshops and executive status briefings.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate field teams and technical groups to support security deployments and upgrades across operational environments.
Operational Security Enhancements: Support physical security upgrade initiatives aligned with cybersecurity hardening standards.
Operational Security Enhancements: Implement continuous improvement practices using Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, and change management activities across complex operational environments.
Prefer: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
