Duties Include:

Duties Include:
- Provide first-level support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate as needed
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently and accurately
- Perform desk setups, workstation deployments, and basic hardware support
- Communicate clearly with end users and deliver strong customer service
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
