This role will focus on stability, process improvement, and optimization of core systems such as SSI, Availity, and EDI (Provider Enrollment).
Third Party Application Manager Requirements
- 7 years of experience supporting or managing revenue cycle applications
- Strong knowledge of SSI, Availity, and EDI systems
- Proven leadership and vendor management experience
- Technical proficiency with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with data integrations and automation in healthcare settings
- Epic Revenue Cycle experience (HB, PB, Claims, etc.)
- Project management or team leadership experience in a large health system
- Familiarity with HL7 interfaces or integration tools (Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, etc.)
- Oversee ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and integrations across the revenue cycle application suite
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business operations, and vendors
- Drive performance improvements and support automation initiatives through scripting and workflow enhancement
