Third Party Application Manager

THIRD PARTY APPLICATION MANAGER | REMOTE (EST)

The Select Group is looking for a talented Third Party Application Manager to join one of our top healthcare partners to manage its third-party revenue cycle applications and provide leadership to a small team of analysts. This role will focus on stability, process improvement, and optimization of core systems such as SSI, Availity, and EDI (Provider Enrollment).

Third Party Application Manager Requirements

• 7 years of experience supporting or managing revenue cycle applications
• Strong knowledge of SSI, Availity, and EDI systems
• Proven leadership and vendor management experience
• Technical proficiency with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, PowerShell, etc.)
• Experience with data integrations and automation in healthcare settings
  
  

Bonus skills:

• Epic Revenue Cycle experience (HB, PB, Claims, etc.)
• Project management or team leadership experience in a large health system
• Familiarity with HL7 interfaces or integration tools (Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, etc.)
  
  

Third Party Application Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and integrations across the revenue cycle application suite
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business operations, and vendors
• Drive performance improvements and support automation initiatives through scripting and workflow enhancement
