The individual will support legacy Integrated Revenue Management Systems (IRMS) and assist with the development and implementation of modernization initiatives, including the design and support of interfaces between legacy and modern tax systems. Work will be performed under the direction of Department of Taxation management to ensure the continuity, accuracy, stability, and performance of mission-critical tax applications throughout all phases of system modernization.

Strong product and functional knowledge of Integrated Tax and Revenue Management Systems and/or similar state integrated tax systems. Required 9 Years
Experience supporting legacy tax platforms and modernization efforts. Required 7 Years
Hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle 19c or higher, DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar) Required 7 Years
Ability to design and maintain clear, maintainable code for mission-critical systems Required 7 Years
Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent Required 2 Years
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplined team Required 3 Years
Experience working in an Agile development environment Required 3 Years
