The Role
We're looking for a Test Lead who doesn't just find bugs—they hunt them, corner them, and make sure they never come back.
You'll own quality end-to-end: strategy, execution, automation, delivery.

What You'll Do
- Lead QA efforts across multiple workstreams, releases, and environments
- Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cycles
- Serve as the bridge between engineering, product, and stakeholders
- Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks (not fragile scripts)
- Drive automation-first thinking while knowing when manual testing matters
- Own UI, API, and integration testing
- Review requirements early to prevent defects—not document them later
- Track quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
- Mentor QA engineers and raise the bar across the team
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines don't ship surprises at 2 a.m.
