Rate :$64 - $66/per hr on W2

Job Description:

We are seeking an 10 experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing for enterprise transformation programs. The role involves defining test strategies, managing execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across all testing phases including SIT, UAT, and Regression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare test plans, scenarios, and test cases for SIT, UAT, Regression, and related phases
• Experience in enterprise transformation programs (Oracle, SAP, Workday, custom platforms, etc.)
• Identify scope, dependencies, risks, and success criteria for each testing cycle
• Ensure test data readiness and coordinate with functional and technical teams
• Validate environment setup, readiness, and stability for test execution
• Lead and monitor daily testing activities across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with SMEs, developers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Track progress, identify issues, and drive timely resolution
• Conduct defect triage, prioritize issues, and ensure closure within timelines
• Monitor defect trends and highlight key quality risks
