Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead DevOps to support Vendor Management Systems (VMS), particularly Beeline, for a KPMG engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in DevOps practices, system configuration, integrations, and application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system configuration, testing, and technical support for VMS applications
• Manage user provisioning, including elevated access requests
• Perform integration monitoring and support (SFTP feeds, internal integrations)
• Handle application configuration and Jira intake management
• Ensure vendor data integrity checks and issue resolution
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, processes, requirements)
• Support Quality Assurance (test planning, test case/script creation)
• Manage release activities, including application updates and security patches
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in DevOps and DevOps architecture
• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (preferably Beeline)
• Experience with SFTP integrations and monitoring tools
• Proficiency in Jira or similar ticketing tools
• Knowledge of data validation and integrity processes
  
  

Nice to Have Skills

• Dashboard creation and reporting tools
• QA/testing experience
• Documentation and SOP creation
