Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Perform complex configurations and customizations across Sales, Marketing, and Field Service modules
- Design and develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic
- Architect and implement Power Pages (Portals) / Dynamics CRM Portals
- Conduct code reviews, design validations, and deployment planning
- Define and enforce best practices for performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with enterprise systems and third-party applications
- Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- 10 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong techno-functional expertise in:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Field Service
- Hands-on experience with:
- Customization & Configuration
- Plugins & Workflows
- Business Rules and Process Flows
- Strong development experience in:
- .NET / C#
- JavaScript (Client-side scripting)
- Experience in Portal Development (Power Pages / Dynamics Portals)
- Strong experience in solution architecture and design
- Expertise in code review, deployment, and release management
- Experience with integration patterns and APIs
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with DevOps / CI-CD pipelines
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale CRM implementations
- Required: Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Certification
- Lead Configuration & Customization of Dynamics CRM solutions
