This role involves gathering requirements from internal teams and field personnel, translating those needs into actionable insights for development teams, and creating clear, engaging documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing with a variety of stakeholders, from linemen and field crews to developers and leadership, and will have a knack for turning complex technical information into user-friendly content.

- Translate field and business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure systems meet user requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, training guides, and user manuals.
- Develop marketing materials and presentations to support internal and external communications.
- Present findings, documentation, and training to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all written materials.
- 5-10 years of experience in technical writing, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual environments.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, Confluence, etc.).
- Familiarity with utility or power delivery environments is a plus.
