Position Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Part-Time Technical Support Technician to provide phone, email, chat, and in-person technical support at a corporate headquarters in Wappinger Falls, NY. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule after training and is
ideal for college students or entry-level IT candidates looking to build hands-on experience.
After training, hours are flexible between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, typically 4-5 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and onsite assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Log, document, and track support cases in a ticketing system (Salesforce)
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/3 support as needed
- Perform software installs, upgrades, and cloud-based support
- Assist with part inquiries and customer requests
- Identify recurring issues and assist with documentation and knowledge base updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective support solutions
- Participate in required team meetings and meet departmental KPIs
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
- Entry-level technical experience (A knowledge level preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking and connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Customer service-focused with clear communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance
- Help desk or desktop support experience
- Network and wireless troubleshooting
- Ticketing system experience
- Software and hardware testing exposure
- Full training provided
- Virtual interviews available as early as next week
