Role:Technical Specialist Data Engineering (Azure)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (3 Days Onsite)

Experience: 10 15 Years

Key Skills:

Azure Data Platform, ADLS Gen2, Azure Databricks, ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, Python, PySpark, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling (Dimensional, SCD), Lakehouse Architecture, CDC, Streaming/Batch Processing

Responsibilities:

  • Design & build enterprise-scale Azure data platforms
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Implement data models (Star/Snowflake, SCD)
  • Work with Lakehouse architectures & CDC pipelines
  • Ensure data governance, security & compliance
  • Integrate AI-assisted/agentic workflows into SDLC & CI/CD

Domain:

Healthcare Payer / Medicaid (Claims, Member, Provider, Eligibility data)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Agentic IDEs, AI-assisted SDLC, HIPAA/PHI compliance
