Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in technical project management and team coordination.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow including Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
• Experience with SAP Enterprise Business Solutions and large-scale system implementations.
• Experience in ITIL and ITSM methodologies for IT service management.
• Experience with managing project lifecycles, integration, and risk planning.
• Experience with standardized PMO procedures, templates, and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external staff involved in multiple complex IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans using established management standards and templates.
• Execute the entire project lifecycle including planning, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Coordinate with business owners to define and refine technical project scope.
• Conduct lessons learned sessions to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, vendors, and sponsors.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
