- Planning, scheduling, budgeting, project communication, issue resolution, change management, vendor management, risk management, resource management, order equipment, and reconciling invoices.
- Creating and executing project plans for multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Coordinating with all parties to refine project scopes, requirements, plan, design, built, and test to deliver on time and within budget.
- Facilitating cross functional internal/external team meetings effectively including stakeholders, engineering, designers, management, vendors, and Facilities.
- Collaborating with all involved parties and staying on top of all open items, issues, risks, and scope creep that cause delays to project delivery.
- Successfully managing all aspects of the projects including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Effectively communicating relevant project information to all stakeholders, project team members, and management.
- Coordinating design sessions and obtaining signoffs from required approvers timely.
- Managing vendors and ensuring on-time delivery, invoice payments and reconciliation with Finance system.
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project activities.
- Resolving and/or escalating issues and risks timely.
- Updating management on projects and work task status on regular basis.
- Reporting of project RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies).
- 15 years of experience in a technical project management role leading complex broadcast projects.
- Experience with a variety of project management methodologies.
- Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to manage cross functional teams consisting of product, design, engineering, and management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills include excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Able to custom communication style caters to individuals.
- Outstanding project leadership, presentation skills, and facilitating meetings with senior management, stakeholders, designers, engineers, and vendors.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking skills, consistently driving for success, organized, eager and willing to learn and take on challenging tasks/projects.

- Ability to switch project assignments as business requires.
- BS degree or equivalent
- PMP, MBA or CSM a plus
- Experience in consulting or client services
