Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager - Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions across five operational pillars: Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights supporting production targets and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards covering Safety, Delivery, Quality, People, and Innovation KPIs
Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Redshift for real-time and batch data ingestion
Architect data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) in Amazon Redshift to streamline reporting
Drive end-to-end program execution for BI initiatives - from requirements gathering through deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, supply chain, engineering, quality, safety) to define KPIs and align reporting with organizational objectives
Implement automated data quality validation and cleansing processes
Conduct training sessions for 200 end users to improve dashboard adoption and self-service analytics
Required Qualifications
Experience building dashboards in AWS QuickSight (Tableau or Power BI also accepted)
Python proficiency for data transformation and automation
Manufacturing Or Production Environment Experience (satellite Production/aerospace Preferred)
Experience with Azure technologies and/or Snowflake
Relevant certifications (AWS, PL-300 Microsoft Power BI)
3 years hands-on experience with AWS technologies (Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis)
Strong proficiency in SQL/T-SQL for large-scale data analysis
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows and dimensional data models
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
