- Lead planning and execution of application development projects aligned with business goals.
- Manage full project lifecycle using Agile methodologies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators and delivery metrics.
- Drive team performance through structured planning, milestone tracking, and risk management.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope and technical solutions.
- Facilitate technical discussions and support resolution of design and development challenges.
- Manage project dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
- Promote continuous improvement in development and delivery processes.
- Follow industry best practices in program and project management.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Engineering Lead.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience defining and managing KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Conceptual knowledge of Java, modern UI frameworks, and system integration technologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and deliver software development projects.
- Manage Agile processes and team collaboration.
- Track project performance and provide regular updates.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems or large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
