We are looking for a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. This contract-to-permanent role focuses on delivering top-notch technical assistance to customers, drawing on your mechanical and electrical expertise to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced healthcare-related environment, demonstrating attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and accurate technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
Apply mechanical and electrical knowledge, including the use of diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, to identify and resolve equipment problems.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by effectively managing challenging situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and solutions, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Document technical procedures and solutions to support training and process improvement initiatives.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and processes, continuously enhancing technical skills.
Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment as required to support customer needs.
Uphold a positive and detail-oriented attitude in all customer interactions and team collaborations.
Demonstrate reliability and consistency in handling customer support tasks, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
Requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, including familiarity with diagnostic tools such as voltmeters.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Experience in documenting technical procedures and creating training materials is preferred.
Flexibility to embrace new challenges and adapt to changing processes.
Prior experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment is highly desirable.
