Key Responsibilities
- Influence AWS Infrastructure Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize backlog items related to cloud provisioning, automation, security, and operations as they pertain to the over all Cloud migration programs.
- Translate Business Needs into Technical Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to help gather requirements and convert them into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
- Lead Agile Delivery: Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups for Cloud teams focused on AWS cloud initiatives.
- Drive Cloud Adoption and Optimization: Champion best practices in cloud architecture, cost management, and operational excellence.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Partner with InfoSec to implement and maintain security controls, IAM policies, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with architects, developers, QA, and operations to ensure seamless delivery and integration of cloud infrastructure components.
- Monitor and Report on KPIs: Track performance, reliability, and cost metrics for AWS infrastructure and report progress to leadership.
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Program Manager in cloud infrastructure environments.
- Experience in AWS Cloud services.
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) preferably utilizing Terraform
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration strategies.
- Knowledge of container orchestration (EKS, ECS) and serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud cost optimization tools (e.g., AWS Cost Explorer, CloudHealth).
