You will manage a team to align product delivery with business strategy, leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the long-term roadmap for financial systems in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and mentor product teams across multiple domains, fostering a strong culture and setting clear goals.
Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute an aligned product roadmap.
Oversee the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization.
Utilize data and research to identify pain points and inform product direction.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in leading large-scale finance programs and technical implementations.
5 years of experience managing product managers across finance-related domains.
Strong knowledge of financial and accounting systems and enterprise software.
Proven ability to translate data insights into impactful product direction.
Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
