Job Summary:
The Java Technical Architect will be responsible for defining and driving the end to end delivery. This role involves designing scalable microservices solutions, guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, and collaborating closely with business and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Define end to end architecture for Java based enterprise applications
Design microservices based solutions using Spring Boot
Create and review High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documents
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Review code and guide teams on performance optimization and security
Architect and govern cloud native solutions on AWS
Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD and deployment strategies
Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive long term fixes
Work closely with business, product, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Required Qualifications:
Experienced in leading onsite-offshore team
10 years of overall IT experience
4 years of experience in Technical Architect / Solution Architect roles
Strong hands on background in Java and microservices
Preferred Qualifications:
Telecom / Media domain experience
Experience with Kafka or event driven architectures
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO security models
Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
