We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead Oracle & SQL DBA and server operations in a 24x7 production support environment. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle and SQL Server database administration, production operations, SLA governance, and stakeholder/client management. The ideal candidate must have experience delivering in Healthcare & Life Sciences programs and demonstrate a practical understanding of GxP/CSV/CSA expectations, audit readiness, and data integrity practices.

Technical (Must Have)
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead Oracle & SQL DBA and server operations in a 24x7 production support environment. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle and SQL Server database administration, production operations, SLA governance, and stakeholder/client management. The ideal candidate must have experience delivering in Healthcare & Life Sciences programs and demonstrate a practical understanding of GxP/CSV/CSA expectations, audit readiness, and data integrity practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical (Must Have)
- 15 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on background in:
- Oracle DBA (installation, patching, upgrades, backup/recovery, HA/DR)
- SQL Server DBA (HA/DR, backup/recovery, performance tuning, maintenance)
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows server operations.
- Proven experience managing production environments and 24x7 support operations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- ITSM processes (Incident/Problem/Change), major incident management
- Experience supporting Healthcare / Life Sciences applications and environments.
- Working knowledge of GxP concepts and compliance expectations (audit readiness, change control discipline).
- Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs, service reviews, stakeholder updates, and escalations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing maturity.
