This role requires deep knowledge of digital payment solutions, mainframe systems, workflow platforms (e.g., Appian), modern technology stacks, and reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across multiple functional areas.
Quickly assess legacy systems and propose modernization strategies, automation opportunities, and integration solutions.
Drive end-to-end technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for digital payment solutions and related technologies.
Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation, including functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Support implementation strategies for new products/features and ensure smooth rollouts.
Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders proactively.
Technical Expertise (Required)
Strong understanding of digital payments (Bill Pay, P2P, A2A transfers).
Experience with mainframe systems, workflow tools (Appian), and API/Microservices (REST, SOAP).
Familiarity with ETL/BI tools (Informatica, Cognos, Power BI).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts.
Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
Banking and financial workflows (Retail, Commercial, Investment Banking).
Transaction processing systems, risk & fraud detection, and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Core banking systems and fintech solutions exposure.
Reporting Experience
Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
