JOB DESCRIPTION :

Role Summary

Lead business analysis and product ownership for AI/ML driven enterprise initiatives. Drive requirement strategy, stakeholder alignment, product roadmap detailing, and support full AI/ML lifecycle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own requirement strategy: BRD, FRD, SRS, Epics, Features, User Stories.
• Conduct advanced current/futurestate modeling, gap analysis, and business impact assessment.
• Drive backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and executivelevel stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with AI/ML teams on problem framing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and business validation.
• Lead workshops, UAT sessions, demos, and executive briefings.
• Oversee governance documentation: traceability matrices, business rules, data dictionaries, process flows.
• Support end to end AI/ML lifecycle: Business Understanding Data Model BAT Deployment Monitoring.

• Domain expertise (Banking / Insurance / Logistics) 5 years
