You will evaluate Machines S&OP processes, and you will need some technical skills in data management (SQL queries, reporting, and Snowflake databases). You will also provide day-to-day support to business partners, business managers, and other IT teams in relation to product implementation, questions, and problems/incidents.

- Good skills in S&OP processes
- Good technical skills on SQL and Databases
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in mainframe migration projects or modernization initiatives is preferred.
- Prior experience with ServiceNow
