Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support customer journey and communication initiatives for provisioning and sales order systems. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing communications such as email and SMS.
- Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (SRS)
- Collaborate with UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements alignment
- Support customer journey mapping and communication workflows (email/SMS)
- Participate in testing, validation, and UAT support
- Ensure high-quality delivery of provisioning and sales order system enhancements
- Strong experience in SRS documentation & requirements gathering
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments (UX, Dev, QA)
- Hands-on experience in testing and validation processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Telecom domain experience
- Background in marketing or copywriting for customer-facing communications
