At NewVision, we re hiring a hands-on Technical Architect to help one of our largest clients in the audit & tax software domain evolve and scale their enterprise systems built on .NET Core, React, and Azure.
You ll work on a data-heavy, customer-facing platform that already serves millions of users shaping how it performs, scales, and evolves over time. Expect a balance of hands-on engineering (60 % ) and architectural leadership, collaborating closely with product and engineering leaders on both sides.

The experience & skills you must possess:
- You ve either architected enterprise-grade systems from the ground up or evolved existing architectures to handle scale, reliability, and change.
- Strong foundation in .NET Core / C#, React / TypeScript, and Azure (App Services, API Gateway, Azure SQL, Service Bus, etc.).
- Experience designing for high throughput, data integrity, and fault tolerance in production environments.
- Comfortable with event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).
- You think in terms of system behavior and trade-offs, not just features and code.
- You understand the problem before you solutionize you ask why before how.
- You adapt as things evolve for you, architecture is a living system, not a fixed blueprint.
- You approach design discussions methodically understanding the context, validating assumptions, defining the task, taking deliberate actions, and measuring the impact of what you build.
- You stay persistent tough challenges bring out your best work.
