We are seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for our products and development teams. This role is central to translating complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content. The position involves working on documentation for tokenization assets on various blockchain platforms, with key delivery milestones in the coming months.

The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $58.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including Blockchain & API documentation, process flows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), developers, and product teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Review existing documentation to identify gaps and translate internal notes into client-friendly, public-facing content.
- Establish and manage a documentation process, including standards, templates, and governance for content approval and publishing.
- Organize and centralize documentation from various sources like Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams into a primary repository.
- Work with content generated by AI agents from GitHub, requiring reformatting and intelligent interpretation.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer supporting technical teams.
- Working familiarity with DLT, Blockchain, and Tokenization concepts.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and an understanding of smart contracts.
- Experience creating API documentation and technical process flows.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Familiarity with Jira, particularly for external-facing client portals.
