Our client is transitioning its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to Epic. Epic has been installed on over 12,000 devices across the hospital and affiliated clinics. The TDR team is responsible for validating each device to ensure Epic is properly installed and functioning. Hardware Validation: Confirm all devices (workstations, printers, scanners) are configured and accessing Epic correctly Network & Connectivity Checks: Ensure stable, secure connections across all locations Workflow Simulation: Run simulated workflows to identify technical issues Issue Resolution: Address login failures, printing errors, and device incompatibilities End-User Readiness: Build confidence among IT and clinical teams for go-live Currently transitioning its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to Epic.
