Scope of Work
The Business Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, content owners, and subject‑matter experts to support the structured review, capture, and organization of institutional knowledge. The role involves reviewing existing site maps and content structures, assessing completeness and alignment with agreed information architecture and taxonomy standards, and identifying gaps or inconsistencies. The analyst will accurately capture and validate required metadata by making entries in standardized intake forms, ensuring consistency, quality, and business relevance of information to be ingested into enterprise knowledge repositories. Through regular stakeholder engagement, the Business Analyst will clarify content intent, resolve ambiguities, and validate entries to support effective integration into knowledge platforms. The role also includes performing quality checks, documenting assumptions and issues, providing status updates, and contributing to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to forms, taxonomy usability, and knowledge curation processes, with the overall objective of improving discoverability, usability, and governance of knowledge assets.
