We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top technical talent, and efficiently support hiring managers in closing high-quality candidates.This role requires strong knowledge of W2 hiring, US work authorizations, and technical role screening.

The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top technical talent, and efficiently support hiring managers in closing high-quality candidates.This role requires strong knowledge of W2 hiring, US work authorizations, and technical role screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and internal databases
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Handle W2 hiring and understand US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance documentation
- Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing demands
- 8 years of experience in US IT Talent Acquisition
- Strong understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, USC)
- Experience working on W2 roles
- Ability to source and close mid to senior-level IT positions
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Bullhorn, Ceipal, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
