Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and maintain data solutions using Python and SQL
- Build and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform Tableau Site Administration, including user access, content management, and performance monitoring
- Administer Microsoft Teams, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Support and train end users on BI tools, dashboards, and data best practices
- Deliver technical training in a classroom setting, adapting content to varying skill levels
- Document processes, standards, and training materials
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for analytics platforms
- 1 year of professional experience as a programmer/analyst using Python
- 1 year of experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing queries
- 1 year of experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and site administration
- 1 year of experience with Power BI, including report development and business user support
- 1 year of experience administering Microsoft Teams
- 1 year of experience delivering technical training in a classroom or structured learning environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
