Job Details:
This role provides operational support for field services and related IT functions
Responsibilities include assisting with workstation deployments, troubleshooting end-user issues, supporting Microsoft 365 services, coordinating hardware lifecycle activities, and maintaining reliable technology services that support airport staff operations.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to lift, carry, move, and install computer equipment and related peripherals, such as desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and networking devices, typically weighing up to 50 pounds.
The role may also require bending, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined spaces while performing equipment installation, setup, or troubleshooting.
