Description

SAIC is seeking a Systems Integrator Analyst for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems. This program will be part of a transformative venture, driving the future of next generation afloat mission effectiveness in response to evolving strategic and environmental demands.

This position is contingent upon award news, expected Spring 2026.

Duties:

• Develop, update, and maintain project Systems integration documents including s tage 4 and 5 test procedures, ICDs, Block Diagrams, schematics, technical a nd operational manuals for C5ISR systems
• Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors and two (2) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems: radio communication racks, Interior Communications (Alarm/Safety/Warning), shipboard CGOne / Unclass /SIPRNET LANs, Surface Search Radar, Navigation Distribution system, Integrated Bridge System; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree
  
  

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have an active Secret clearance on first day of employment
  
  

Required Certification:

• Cybersecurity Workforce Level II cert i.e. Security CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP and a Vendor operating system certification: i.e. Microsoft, Cisco, RedHat, or Linux
• Or must be willing to obtain/pass certifications within 180 days of hire

• Experience with Risk Management Framework process to attain Authority To Operate
• Desired/Key C3ISR, C4ISR, C5ISR, and/or C6ISR Shipboard Systems:
• Integrated Bridge System
• Gyrocompass (e.g., WSN-7)
• Surface Search Radars (e.g., AN/SPY-6, SPS-series)
• UHF, HF, VHF Marine Radios
• Shipboard Communication Cabinets
• Shipboard Alarms and Interior Communications (Safety, Warning Systems)
• Fathometer and Depth Sounding Systems
• Global Positioning Systems (GPS)
• Sonar Mission System (SMS)
• Extremely High Frequency (EHF) Communications
• NIPRNET, SIPRNET, SI LAN
