You'll onboard engineers, review code, complete documentation, and train engineers on SDLC best practices. You'd also get to work on avionics products, continuing to stay hands on keyboard, while also teaching and mentoring others!
This role is 5 days on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is a contract to hire position.
