Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and structure requirements using traditional and AI-assisted techniques
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, data mappings, and workflow logic
- Use SQL/PL/SQL to profile data, validate assumptions, investigate issues, and support data quality efforts
- Apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate analysis, draft documentation and test cases, summarize complex content, and support rapid prototyping
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
- Participate in system testing, data validation, and defect triage, including AI-assisted testing where appropriate
- Produce clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences
- Communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies effectively while supporting continuous process improvement
- Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills for data profiling, aggregation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to understand and model business processes, data flows, and system interactions
- Experience using AI/LLM tools for analysis, summarization, documentation, and prototyping
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Clear communicator who can translate between business and technical teams
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and deliver quickly in fast-paced environments
