Requirements

• Experience specializing in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems.
• Able to assess the suitability of information systems based on intended outcomes and collaborates with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve those outcomes.
• Able to apply analysis and design techniques to solve business problems through information technology.
• Experience acting as a change agent by identifying necessary organizational improvements, designing systems to support those changes, and training and motivating others to use the systems.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience providing guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is recognized as a top professional in the field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience leading a team of technical systems analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements for a complex project, including planning, eliciting, organizing, and documenting business process requirements, facilitating stakeholder resolution of design specification issues, and evaluating implemented technical solutions with recommendations for process or design improvements.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with project stakeholders to implement solutions (Development teams, Business SMEs) by creating or analyzing business requirement documents (BRD), software requirement specifications (SRS), business rules, traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, or other business or system requirement artifacts.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating SQL queries to analyze and validate back-end data processing to identify software system defects or anomalies.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience creating or analyzing workflow diagrams, business process diagrams, and technical process diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience creating wireframes for screen mockups or requirement development.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Work as a liaison among Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate the requirements of business processes, policies, and information systems and for the development of new business process, policies and information systems.
• Querying, Interpreting and analyzing data to inform decision-making and system improvements.
• Document business and/or technical processes using flow diagrams, GUI mockups, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate use cases, process flows and other industry standard business requirements documentation with other requirements teams for seamless process flows and system design.
• Interact with cross-functional teams (subject matter experts, developers, architects, and database) and staff to ensure requirements are thoroughly and accurately documented and to design and document recommendations for improved business processes that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
• Testing and debugging systems.
• Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with developers and other IT teams.
• Assist in the management initial triage, communication, and tracking of incident, defect, and enhancement tickets.
