Systems Administrator

Location: On-site in Gloucester, Ontario

Overview:

Join a dynamic technology team delivering secure, modern infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices. You'll lead a small group of skilled administrators, oversee critical system migrations, and support hybrid and on-prem environments for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators
• Manage Windows Server environments and complex migrations
• Configure and optimize Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Maintain hybrid identity environments with Azure and Entra ID
• Ensure network security and compliance with CIS standards
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Ansible
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 12 years as a Systems Administrator, including leadership experience
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills
• Expertise in networking, security, and virtualization
• Experience with Azure and hybrid identity management
• Excellent time management and communication skills
  
  

Nice to Have:

• GitHub experience and personal projects
• Advanced scripting and automation skills
  
  

Work Environment:

• Collaborative team of ~30 professionals providing managed services
• Primarily on-site with occasional hybrid flexibility
• Rotating on-call schedule and occasional weekend work

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
