To maintain operational excellence and meet growing demands across IT infrastructure and conference room support, we are seeking a Systems Administrator. This role will provide hands-on assistance with AV setups, infrastructure reviews, SOP development, troubleshooting, and IT project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide branch infrastructure support, including conference rooms and data closets.
- Assist in developing and maturing IT processes and procedures to move from reactive to proactive operations.
- Execute AV setup plans and resolve conference room technology issues (Logitech, Microsoft Teams).
- Support IT projects such as network audits, hardware deployments, and cabling management.
- Deploy and configure network technology (e.g., scanners, IP assignments).
- Collaborate face-to-face with branch managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Travel to corridor branches (2-3 days/week) for on-site support.
- 1-2 years of IT support experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills for branch interactions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of network architecture, cabling, and hardware configuration.
- Familiarity with conference room AV technology (Logitech, Teams).
- Comfortable with light hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
- Valid driver's license; no mileage reimbursement, no company vehicle provided.
