Job Summary:
Looking for a hands-on Technology Coordinator with strong experience in IT support, systems administration, and network maintenance. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support in an onsite operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Perform diagnostics, identify faults, and implement solutions
- Maintain logs of incidents, resolutions, and service requests
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and support
- Perform systems administration:
- Manage user accounts and network access
- Maintain system configurations and logs
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
- Conduct system audits and manage backups
- Install and configure IT equipment and software:
- Set up hardware components (memory, network cards, etc.)
- Install and configure operating systems and applications
- Test systems for proper network functionality
- Maintain IT systems and infrastructure:
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Manage warranties and service contracts
- Provide end-user support:
- Resolve technical issues and respond to queries
- Conduct user training sessions
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements
- Perform administrative and coordination tasks:
- Prepare reports and documentation

- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Technical support (hardware & software)
- Call tracking and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
- Managing IT support issues
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent hands-on experience
- This is a fully onsite, hands-on role (no remote work)
- Candidates should be comfortable working in an operational/field environment
- Contract may extend based on business needs
