Job Description
- Develop and deploy SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with planning teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and alignment with new production locations.
- Adjust demand plans to support industrial transfer and site transitions.
- Establish and implement SIOP governance frameworks, including regular review cycles and planning rituals.
- Manage buffer stock and purchase orders (POs) to ensure continuity during transition phases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, procurement) to ensure alignment of supply-demand plans.
- Support decision-making through data-driven planning and reporting.
- Strong understanding of SIOP / S&OP processes and supply chain planning
- Experience in demand forecasting and production planning
- Knowledge of inventory strategies and buffer management
- Ability to analyze demand trends and adjust forecasts
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
- Cross-functional collaboration with planning, manufacturing, and procurement teams
- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/IBP) or planning tools
- Advanced Excel / data analysis tools.
