A minimum of six (6) years of work experience in supply chain, operations, engineering or quality function is
Required, Preferred Within a Regulated Environment
Experience leading projects is required
Experience Leading Cross-functional Teams Is Required
Experience interacting with domestic and international suppliers is required
Experience With S&OP IBP Is Preferred
Change management in regulated operational environments is preferred (ERP & PLM systems)
Proven ability to successfully lead large complex programs is required
Strong Communication And Management Influence Skills Are Required
Medical DevicePharmaceuticalLife Sciences experience is preferred
This position may require up to 20% Domestic and International travel.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provides leadership to orchestrate the supply chain through tactical project execution on large global supply
chain projects including new product market releases and supplier network transfers.
Leads cross functional teams, including internal and external supplier team members, through critical
workstreams including sourcing, demandsupply planning, qualification and deployment.
Lead meetings, track actions, mitigate risks, and manage project timeline, to drive aligned execution through
sourcing and launches to achieve overall business objectives for the program
Drive adherence to supply chain readiness processes ensuring strong functional accountability
Communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization Manage project task progress through system setups and change management processes (PLM, ERP readiness).
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Strong communication skills.
Candidates must be highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
language.
Employee must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities and responsibilities.
Ability to function in a team environment and deliver on team objectives is required.
