Data Analysis & Visualization: Extract, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, WMS) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Reporting: Create, maintain, and automate dashboards and KPI reports (inventory levels, demand planning, supplier performance).
System Integrity: Ensure data accuracy across systems and drive data maintenance/governance.
Process Improvement: Identify supply chain bottlenecks and suggest improvements using data insights.
Collaboration: Work with procurement, IT, and logistics teams to improve data flow and support data-driven decision-making.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, VBA), SQL, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Systems: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Background in demand forecasting and inventory management.
