Salary: $175,000 - $300,000 per year

Job Details

We are seeking a Client Account Lead to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term account strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans
  • Own revenue generation, profitability, and account expansion initiatives
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with business and technology leaders
  • Partner with delivery, finance, product, and go-to-market teams to ensure client success
  • Lead strategic discussions around data, analytics, cloud, and AI initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams including Data Engineering, Analytics, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture groups
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Drive both new business development and account expansion opportunities
  • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

Qualifications

  • 10 years of consulting, technology services, or strategic account management experience
  • Proven track record managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships
  • Experience owning multi-million-dollar revenue targets
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Background working with data, analytics, cloud, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience working within cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Strong business acumen, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
