What You ll Do
- Lead initiatives to design and deploy large-scale GenAI systems.
- Build data science solutions for retail and e-commerce applications.
- Leverage LLMs to generate summaries, insights, and scalable AI-powered tools.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to productionize solutions.
- Establish strong cross-functional partnerships to drive measurable business impact.
- Master s or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.
- Strong solution architecture mindset with business-focused problem solving.
- Hands-on experience training and deploying large-scale AI models (LLMs, multimodal, reasoning models).
- Expertise in model optimization techniques: quantization, pruning, distillation, LoRA, PEFT.
- Deep knowledge of LLM ecosystems (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience with RAG, AI agents, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- Big data processing and feature engineering with Spark.
- Cloud ML experience (Google Cloud Platform, Azure).
- GPU-based deep learning model training.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Ability to translate vague business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and collaborative teamwork.
