Role Overview
We are looking for 4 or 5 Stablecoin Developers/Engineers with experience in blockchain technologies and Ripple (XRPL) integration. You will design, develop, and maintain stablecoin solutions, ensuring secure issuance, transfer, and compliance within the Ripple ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop stablecoin solutions on blockchain platforms, especially Ripple (XRPL).
- Implement and manage token issuance, minting, and redemption mechanisms.
- Integrate Ripple APIs, SDKs, and payment functionalities into applications.
- Build and maintain smart contracts or ledger logic for stablecoin operations.
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of blockchain systems.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and backend teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor transactions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and integrations.
- Strong experience in blockchain development and distributed ledger technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Ripple (XRPL), RippleNet, or related tools.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
- Understanding of stablecoin mechanisms (collateralized, algorithmic, fiat-backed).
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and backend system integration.
- Knowledge of cryptography, wallets, and transaction signing.
- Familiarity with security best practices in blockchain development.
- Experience with financial systems, payments, or fintech platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (KYC/AML).
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Familiarity with other blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Stellar, etc.).
- Experience with CBDCs or tokenized assets.
- Prior work with digital custody solutions or exchanges.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
