For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Basic Qualifications
- STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline and/or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Engineering or Quality experience developing methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured products.
- Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test and inspection methods and able to translate into work instruction.
- Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, Contracts that will enable development and review of QE Processes, and related Performance Metrics.
- Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues varying from basic to very complex.
- Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.
- Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.
- Bachelors degree in a STEM related field or higher highly preferred.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering discipline, and radio frequency design and test.
- Ability to organize and track multiple activities and prioritize task based on importance.
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Ability to review, interpret and apply specifications to determine compliance with requirements.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills - written, oral, listening, presentation and technical writing.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools.
- ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
