Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support our After-Sales Service Transformation initiative. This role will primarily focus on Service Cloud with some exposure to Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Service Console)
  • Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
  • Support after-sales service processes and customer experience improvements
  • Work on Sales Cloud modules (Leads, Opportunities) as needed
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems and ensure data consistency

Requirements

  • 8 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of Sales Cloud
  • Hands-on with Apex, LWC, APIs, and Flows
  • Experience in service transformation or support environments preferred

Preferred

  • Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Service Cloud)
  • Experience in automotive or after-sales service domain
