Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend Salesforce solutions.
- Support Salesforce configuration, enhancements, and integrations.
- Create user stories, process flows, and documentation for development teams.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and project managers during project delivery.
- Conduct UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analystwith Salesforce projects.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
- Experience in requirement gathering, user stories, and process documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
